Non-Portuguese speakers

        Our rooms are fully prepared to be played in English, as well as our Game Master to communicate with you.

 

Reservations

        It is not mandatory to make a reservation, however, we recommend that you do.

If there is any change in the number of players, there is no problem as long as the maximum number  of players in the rooms is respected, you just have to let us know upon arrival.

        If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know by email or mobile phone as soon as possible. 

      The discount codes written on the reservation form will not be reflected in the reservation value but will be applied at the time of payment.

 

Players

​

        Our rooms are prepared for a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 6 players.

     There is no minimum age to play; minors under the age of 13 must play accompanied by an adult, who will have to enter the room as a player.

 

Payment

​

        No pre-payment is required, payment is made before starting the game. Only cash or MBWay payments are accepted. Please note that there is no ATM nearby.

 

Before and during the game

​

        We recommend that players show up 15 minutes before the reservation time so that you can make the payment and our Game Master can give all the necessary explanations. Taking into account our schedule, we cannot allow delays, therefore, in case of delay, the time will be deducted from the game time.

       Players will be observed and heard by the Game Master throughout the game through cameras so if there is any doubt or problem, it is easy to communicate.

Players are not allowed to capture images and videos inside the game rooms, please turn off all electronic devices. 

         The player assumes all responsibility for any damage caused to Time Vault's game rooms and facilities and/or to himself.

     Violation of the rules or other inappropriate or uncooperative behavior may lead to immediate termination of the game.
